Just a quick note to say a big thank you for the safe delivery and build of our new Camel Group dining furniture. You were just leaving as I got home- but I was greeted by a very happy wife who is delighted with the furniture and we are both very grateful for the hard work involved in getting the furniture set up.

Your communication & service has been second to none and I would have no hesitation in purchasing from you again and recommending to others.

The only downside is that your showroom is not closer to us- as we would definitely have been in for a look around based on the pictures on your facebook site!

It's not often that we put pen to paper to heap praise on anyone but we would be doing a dreadful injustice if we did not do so on this occasion. We are over the moon with our purchase of the mirror and absolutely wowed by the service that accompanied it. We can't believe that we bought it in the morning and it was delivered to us in Baldwins Gate, that same evening. Such exceptional service is difficult to find these days. Not only that but you are both such great people to do business with.

We're not sure what's next on our furniture shopping list but rest assured when the time comes, it will definitely require a stop off at Waterloo Road.

I cannot praise you highly enough about the customer service i received from you. From the start of my sale through to the delivery of my bedroom furniture you have been so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The bigger chains could take a few lessons from the way in which you treat customers. You put the customer first and this is very rare to find in this day and age. I also felt that i was being given a very fair price and was not being ripped off and you are the only people I have dealt with who understand people work full time and need deliveries on a weekend! Again this is rare to find when dealing with other companies. I would definitely use you again and would recommend you to anyone.
